Naming convention by default
The default settings for naming the generated files is the title you chose for the template (i.e. the title of the document or spreadsheet you have selected as a template), followed by an incremental number at the end.
Therefore, if your template is titled 'Invoice', when someone fills your form for the first time, the 1st generated file will be titled 'Invoice 1', the 2nd one 'Invoice 2' and so on.
Note: The first increment doesn't necessarily need to be '1', you can start the increment at a specific number (e.g., 7, 19 etc.).
Personalize your files naming convention
Instead of your template title, you can choose any other text or reuse questions from your form and even combine multiple markers.
With your question titles
If you have a question labelled 'Company Name' in your form, you can use this marker as the title: <<Company Name>> <<Date>>
With your own text combined with markers
It's also possible to write anything directly into the input field and mix it with markers:
With standard markers such as <<Timestamp>>
Simply add <<Timestamp>> after the template title marker. You can also change the timestamp format in the interface:
Please consult the following article: 'Tips: Standard markers to be reused in your template' to learn more about standard markers.

Just as a suggestion if you could have the file save in a existing folder or create a folder specific to a section in the form that was chosen eg like category, type, etc... I would think this would create great value
Greetings to you
I want to overcome this problem, please
