How can I get the URL's to all show in one spreadsheet when I'm using multiple templates?

Might be worth mentioning that the Timestamp automatically tries to assign itself A1. If you have inserted a column to the left of this it will in fact be B1. (Even if the timestamp seems to be working fine, if the timestamp is wrong the rest won't work). Spent a good 20 minutes before i figured out this problem :)

I came here via the convention sidebar,

Did not find my solution to the problem: "could not find column timestamp in "response"file.

after 2 hours i found what it was.

in the Google Forms you have the "question" tab and the "answer" tab.  so in the Answer tab  click the 3 dots.
after that i selected Destination for answers and it prompted me to make a new sheet. ( not the generated one from form publisher)  so i did and now the problem is gonge.

    Cheers !
