Multiple account errors are triggered when a function of the script is launch by the wrong account. In most cases this issue is caused by a multiple connection on a Chrome session. This article explains further this issue.
Why do I get this error?
When you are connected to a session in Google Chrome, you can add multiple accounts under the same session. If your main account (the default one) has installed Form Publisher, and you are trying to open Form Publisher with one of the other account, you will trigger this error.
What should I do?
To solve this issue:
- First, log out of every account
- Then, login with the one that owns the Google Form that you are trying to edit
- Or, open a Chrome session where the main account is the one you're using
