You want to generate multiple files using a File upload question. This article explains how to configure your Google Form with a connected form.

- If the respondent answers 'No' to join the event: the right person receives the date of future events as Google Doc.
- If the respondent answers 'Yes' to join the event: the right person receives the event details as Google Sheet.
1. Create a File upload question based on response submitted
Configure your Google Form.
In our example:
- If the submitter answers Yes, the form will redirect to the section 2
- If the submitter answers No, the form will be submitted

To add a File upload question click on the dropdown menu.
Click File upload.
Then, configure your File upload question.
Once you are done with your original form configuration, open Form Publisher.

From your template sidebar, click Matching markers.
If you want to display your file as an image in your template, then select Insert as image option. Otherwise, a clickable link will be displayed.
In our example, if the respondent answers No to the 'Will you join us?' question, he will receive a template suggesting future events as Google Document.
Once you have configured Form Publisher on your original form, click Additional template to add your connected form.
From the Additional template sidebar, click Get Started.
In our example, we want to Create connected template if the respondent answers Yes to the Will you join us? question.
Click Save.
To open your connected form, click Open.
From your connected form, your File upload question will be marked as Short answer.
Open Form Publisher > Click Get Started.
If the respondent answers Yes, he will receive a template summing the event details as Google Spreadsheet.
Once you are done, save your Form Publisher configuration.
2. Submit your Google Form
2.1 The respondent answers 'No'
If the respondent answers No to the 'Will you join us?' question.
And clicks Submit.
A confirmation message appears.
The generated file is sent to the right recipient as Google Document.
2.2 The respondent answers 'Yes'
If the respondent answers Yes to the 'Will you join us?' question and clicks Next.
The respondent is redirected to the ID card section. He has to add a file.
And clicks Submit.
A confirmation message appears.
The generated file is sent to the right recipient as Google Spreadsheet.
The recipient will have to click on the link to download the file.
