If you are logged in with multiple accounts under the same browser session, it can affect Form Publisher’s functionality and you may have technical issues. This article explains how to properly log in with your account.
If you are logged in with multiple accounts under the same browser session, you will need to log out from all your accounts before using Form Publisher.

Open your template or the responses spreadsheet from your Google Form. Click on your profile picture on the top right hand side.
If you are logged in with multiple accounts in the same web browser, you will see other accounts below your main account. Click Sign out.
Before signing in again click Continue.
To remove all the accounts except the one you want to link to this unique Chrome session, click Remove an account.
Then click on the minus icon next to the account you want to remove.
Click Yes, remove to confirm.
If you want to use Form Publisher with this unique remaining account, simply click it to sign in.
