Hi, Unfortunately, all question have to be named differently so that Form Publisher works as expected. The only solution is to personalize each question with a different character.

Hi, @Bruce: This is not possible but you could insert the email address of the submitter in the email notification body so that you can directly click in the email to achieve your goal.
