You purchased a Form Publisher plan to get an unlimited quota, but your plan is not active yet, and your quota is still limited.
Several reasons might explain why your unlimited quota is not yet active.
- You purchased a plan for an alias.
- You entered your account incorrectly:
- an account ending with .org is not the same as .com, .net, .gov, and so on.
- gmail.com is not the same as googlemail.com or gsuiteaccount.com
- abc@example.com is not the same as abc.def@example.com
- You are logged in with the incorrect Google account.
- Open a Google form, and click the account menu in the top-right corner to see the email address used.
- Open a Google form, and click the account menu in the top-right corner to see the email address used.
If none of the above explains why your plan is not yet active, submit a support request.
