October 11, 2019: Issues with Form Publisher settings
This issue happened from 10/10/2019 to 10/11/2019 between 4:00 pm and 9:00 am (GMT).
Users were unable to start configuring Form Publisher or to edit any Form Publisher settings on their Google Forms. Instead, they were facing a server error message:
Note that in most cases, triggers were still active and Form Publisher could keep generating files and sending emails.
This issue is now fixed and users can set up Form Publisher and/or edit the settings on their Google Forms again.
September 2, 2019: New users can't install Form Publisher add-on
The first time you install Form Publisher, Google shows an authorization dialog requesting access to certain services in your Google account.
End of last year, Google announced new policies for third-party access to G Suite APIs. These policies provide for stronger controls to give apps users the confidence they need to keep their data safe.
While Form Publisher’s permissions to access your data are currently being reviewed by Google in light of these new policies, new users are for the moment unable to install Form Publisher add-on from the G Suite marketplace.
If you cannot sign-in because Form Publisher has been uninstalled, please understand that we are not able to help you get the add-on installed again on your account.
The problem is now solved.
March 27, 2018: Form Publisher not working
The add-on disappeared from each user interface and could no longer be installed. The form editor did not work for one to two hours. The currently deployed version has been removed for this moment. We had already pushed a new version but we had to wait until it was accepted and published.

March 20, 2018: Cannot save the edited email notification
There is an issue when saving the modified email in the sidebar Sharing Options and Notification, it will not currently possible.
Note (21/03/2018): The issue is fixed on our side and should be deployed on all client version soon.
January 16, 2018: Increased Latency
The Firebase Database service provided by Google is facing an increased latency that started on 2018-1-16 2:40 PM GMT+1. As a result, Form Publisher service doesn't work as expected. More information will come soon.

November 27, 2017: Service disruption
The Firebase Database service provided by Google was not available from 2017-11-27 9:12 to 2017-11-27 10:30 GMT+2. As a result, Form Publisher was also not available.

November 15, 2017: All users are being asked to re-authorize Form Publisher
A few days ago, the Google Apps Script team launched a new authorization scope:
'Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications'
We aren't accessing any new data from your Google account but the fact that Form Publisher is displayed inside Google Forms now requires an extra authorization. Because of this new authorization, you are asked to re-authorize all other permissions you had previously given.

November 14, 2017: Issues when selecting a Google Sheet template
Due to an error in our script, Form Publisher would freeze when users tried to select a Google Sheet as a template. This issue happened from 11/14/2017 to 11/15/2017 between 4:54 pm and 8:44 am (GMT).
