In addition to approving a request, approvers can sign generated documents by drawing their signature at the time of approving the document, if the signature marker field <<Workflow signature>> is added to the template document.
- From the email notification sent by Form Publisher, click the Approve / Reject and Sign button.
A new tab opens in the browser in which the approver can add their signature and reject or approve the document.
- Draw your signature.
- If necessary, add a comment.
- Click Approve or Reject.
The respondent who made the leave request and the approver both receive an email about the processed request.
The email contains the processed document as an attachment and it also contains the drawn signature of the approver.
The status of the form submission in the responses sheet in the [Form Publisher] Approval column changes to APPROVED.
