Read this article to know what data of yours is stored by Form Publisher, how is it stored and used.
What data is stored?
Form Publisher stores the user and usage data in Firebase, the Google cloud-hosted database.
The below table provides the complete list of what data of yours does Form Publisher store in this database. To make it clear, it also lists what data is NOT stored.
|Type of data||check_circle We store:||cancel We do NOT store:|
|Google Form data||
|Google Form settings||
|Template & markers||
|Destination folder & Files|
|Sharing & notification email addresses||
|Notification email content||
We store only the data that are absolutely necessary for Form Publisher to function to its entirety. Deleting some of all of this data will interrupt Form Publisher’s functionality.
However, if you do not want us to store your data, you can send us your request to email@example.com and we will permanently delete it from our database.
Storing workflow data
Form Publisher approval workflow helps routing the documents for approvals after they are generated on Google Forms submission.
In real-time, the approval and e-signature of the documents are collected in Form Publisher web app, and are not originally part of the Google Form.
So when a document approval workflow is setup, Form Publisher stores specific configuration data and the generated file information (as marked with * in the above table) in Google Firebase.
This data is absolutely essential for the web app to trigger email notification and updation of the approval information in the Form responses spreadsheet, whenever there is an approval action on the document flow.
About your banking data
We are using PayPal to manage all your payments.
When you purchase a Form Publisher license using PayPal, it only provides us with your customer email address (linked to your PayPal account).
We have no information on your postal address or your contact phone number. PayPal does not share with us your bank or credit/debit card information (not even the last four digits).
The automatic renewal of your license is also 100% handled by PayPal. The licenses are billed annually, and we will not bill you before the auto-renewal date. If you want to cancel your recurring payment, you can do that from your PayPal account, or send us an email.
However, we reserve the right to increase our pricing year over year, which is limited to +20% by PayPal for automatic renewals.
