By default, Form Publisher automatically offers you to notify people via email (more information on this article).
You can personalize the sender name, subject and body of those notifications.
Click on the Form menu: 'Add-ons > Form Publisher > Sharing options & Notifications':
A sidebar opens, with all parameters linked to notifications. Click on the button 'Edit email':
A modal dialog opens, and you can change the sender name, the subject, and the body of the emails sent for each file created:
