Sadly, you might need to uninstall Form Publisher if you don't want to use it anymore.
This article will show you how to uninstall properly Form Publisher and ensure that all the triggers are deactivated on your Google Forms.
1. Disable Form Publisher on all your Forms and/or reset Form Publisher settings

2. Remove Form Publisher from the add-ons store
2.1. Open the Add-ons store
2.2. Type 'Form Publisher' in the search bar
