Once Form Publisher is installed on your account, you can open it from Google Forms or Sheets.

Start using Form Publisher in Google Forms

1. Once the installation is done, you can close the confirmation pop-up and click Done.
   
2. Create a new Google form to start Form Publisher.
   1. Click Add-ons and select Form Publisher.
      
   2. Click Get started.
      
      Form Publisher asks you to add questions before the configuration if your form is empty.

Start using Form Publisher in Google Sheets

2. Create a new spreadsheet to start using Form Publisher.
   1. Open the Form Publisher add-on.
      
      The Form Publisher sidebar opens.
      
   2. Click START.
      
      If your spreadsheet is empty, you can also try a demo.
