Each Form Publisher plan is set up for yearly auto-renewal by default. You can cancel the yearly auto-renewal for your plan. Your plan will remain active until it ends.

Procedure

1. Go to your Form Publisher dashboard.
2. Click the account menu in the top-right corner and select Subscription plan.
   
   The Subscription plan pop-up appears.
3. Click Manage plan.
   
   The checkout page opens.
4. Click Cancel plan.
   
   
5. Click Cancel plan to confirm.
   

Result

Your automatic renewal is canceled. Your plan remains active until the end of your current plan.
