You can renew a suspended or canceled plan from the checkout page in the Form Publisher dashboard.

Procedure

1. Go to your Form Publisher dashboard.
2. Click the account menu in the top-right corner and select Subscription plan.
   
   A Subscription plan pop-up appears.
3. Click Auto Renewal has been cancelled. You can renew your subscription.
   
   The checkout page opens.
4. Click Renew plan.
   
5. Click Renew plan to confirm.
   
   
   The payment service checks if your payment method is valid for renewal.

Result

If valid, your Form Publisher plan renews and your card is charged for the next cycle at the end of the current plan.

If invalid, the renewal fails and you must update your payment method to try again.
