If your renewal payment fails, the payment service tries to charge you daily for five days. The plan date is based on the date on which your previous plan payment was made.
If one of the attempted payments succeeds, your Form Publisher plan is renewed.
If the payment fails after the fifth attempt, your Form Publisher plan is suspended.
Expired or inactive debit and credit cards cause failed payments. If this is your case, you can update your payment information and then renew your Form Publisher plan.
