Your Form Publisher license is automatically renewed. If it's not possible to renew your license, it's usually because your credit or debit card has expired. This article indicates what happens if the payment service can't bill you.

Your subscription payment failed
If your subscription payment fails, you receive an email indicating that your payment failed.
From the day you receive this notification, we extend your access to Form Publisher for up to five days to give you time to update the payment information.
Your subscription has been suspended
When your payment fails, the payment service tries to bill you daily for five days. If the payment succeeds, your subscription is renewed. The subscription date is based on your previous billing cycle. If the payment fails again, on the fifth attempt, your subscription is suspended.
Renew your license
You need to access your dashboard.
You can also access your dashboard by selecting Status and quotas and then Your dashboard.
Click Manage subscription.
The billing system page opens. Click Renew plan.
