If you want to renew your expiring Form Publisher plan that you purchased via PayPal and at the same time cannot update your payment method in PayPal, you can renew or upgrade your Form Publisher plan via Stripe.

You can only renew or upgrade plans which are expiring in the next 30 days.

Procedure

1. Go to the Pricing page.
2. Select the plan to renew or to which you want to upgrade by clicking Subscribe.
   
   A pop-up window appears.
   
3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe.
   
   You are redirected to the checkout page.
   
4. Enter your payment card information and click Subscribe.
   
   

Result

The selected Form Publisher plan is now active. You can access it from the Form Publisher dashboard.
