Sometimes, Form Publisher stopped working for some reasons. You may need to disable or re-enable Form Publisher on a specific form. Read this article to know how, and why.
Why does Form Publisher stop working?
If Form Publisher no longer generates your files or sends notifications to form responses or specific email addresses, it may be because:
- The add-on has been disabled by mistake
- Google servers are temporary facing issues, as our service relies on Google technologies
- Some permissions for Form Publisher have been updated and you didn't (re)accept the new ones
To relaunch Form Publisher, please follow those steps:
1. Open Form Publisher Status
Click the add-ons icon, then Form Publisher > Form Publisher Status:


2. Disable Form Publisher
Once done, click the toggle button to disable Form Publisher:
3. Re-enable Form Publisher
To fix files generation issues and relaunch Form Publisher / the trigger, please click the toggle button again to re-enable the add-on:
Form Publisher should now run properly every time someone submits a new form, and all your settings have been kept (template selected, Drive folders, email recipients,...).

Great app! I set this up on a Google Form my boss created and shared with me. When he tries to change anything on FormPublisher he gets a message that I set it up and he can't make changes. What do I need to do for him to be able to make and save changes?
Specifically, I'm trying to set up the output folder on his computer. I've temporarily removed the app but he still gets a message that I set it up and he can't change anything.

I can't get past the 'Form Publisher Status' anymore. I have been having trouble using Form Publisher for some weeks, now. (Premium). I disabled and re-enabled FP from the add-on library several times already. Even from new Google Forms (i.e. without a FP assignment) the add-on menu mentions 'Form Publisher Status' and gives me the dialogue to reset the form. This does not work, so I am stuck!!

I'm receiving an error message from all my Forms connected to Form Publisher with the following text:
"Form Publisher cannot work because you have exceeded your Drive storage capacity."
This can't be possible because I have unlimited Google Drive storage with my education account. Is this a temporary bug? Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have many forms that are all dysfunctional right now because of this.

We had an issue that sent this error message to a lot of users that weren't concerned by the Drive Storage Capacity. If Form Publisher works fine for you, you can just ignore this email.

My form was still enabled. I have it set to create power point slides from responses and a backup pdf. We have 44 responses in total. Then is quit working. The last submission linked to the powerpoint template that was empty.

I am not getting the automated emails when I submit a form. Is it because i am the approver while I test this?
hi. i checked. my form publisher is enable, but still isn't generating the spred sheet nor doc. and i already configured all correctly as it says in the tutorial
I no longer am receiving email notification even though my PDFs are well below the quota. Any support would be great. All settings are correct, my email is listed for the notification, form is active, and we have plenty of PDFs left.

We use form-publisher in our school to generate registration documents when they register in our school.
On busy days (information days for example), when many people pass by, suddenly the document gets very slow and form-publisher pdf generation takes first up to 20 minutes and then stops generating the documents. When we ask to regenerate the document that works but in't easy. Is this because we use a free version? Is there a difference in 'process power' between the free and 'paid' version of form-publisher?

A couple of my workmates are unable to access the "Form Publisher Status" button. They are asked to sign in, after they do they get a prompt that says "Sign in with Google is temporarily disabled in this app" and cannot proceed to troubleshoot.

until February 2019 the formpublisher I created sent email with attached the pdf of the written answers to the form compiler and to my email address, all this automatically.
Now I'm trying to make it work .... but I can't get the emails with the attachment to the compiler or to me. I can only do it when I "regenerate the files" from your button-command.
