If you are facing issues with email notifications not being sent, documents not being generated, or images not being displayed in documents while using Form Publisher, it's often due to size limitations. Learn more about these issues below.

Email notifications are not sent

Due to Google's email quota limitations, Form Publisher cannot send email notifications with attachments larger than 25MB.

Verify the size of the generated document by following these steps:

1. Locate the generated document on the destination folder
2. Open the properties:
   1. Right-click the file
   2. Select File information > Details
      The size is displayed under Size.

If your document exceeds 25MB, the problem might be because too many images have been uploaded via your Google Form and integrated into the document.

To prevent email delivery issues with Form Publisher, we recommend:

• Using fewer file upload questions
• Set a Maximum number of files to 1

Then, delete form responses with too many images to restore the email delivery function.

Documents are not generated

Form Publisher generates documents up to 50MB. Exceeding this limit often results from uploading large images.

Follow the steps below to check the size of the images submitted through your Google Form:

1. Open your Google Form
2. Select the Responses tab to view the submissions
3. Go the Individual tab
4. Click on any image submitted to download it
5. Once downloaded, check the image size:
   1. Right-click the image
   2. Select File information > Details
      The size is displayed under Size.

If the total size of images in a single form response exceeds 50MB, delete form responses with too many or too big images to restore the document generation function.

Images are not displayed in documents

If the images uploaded by respondents exceed 3MB, they will not appear in the generated document.

To prevent image display issues with Form Publisher, we recommend to:

• Set the Maximum file size to 1MB
• Or include a description under each File upload question, informing respondents that each uploaded file should not exceed 3MB
  

To generate a new document in which the uploaded images are displayed, you need to resend the form to your respondents for them to submit again, as images that were not displayed due to their size cannot be retrieved otherwise.
